Clean?Coal Wins 2009 CINE Golden Eagle
Arlington, VA, December, 2009 – VideoTakes, Inc., is pleased to announce that Clean?Coal, an animated short created and directed by Joan Murray, won a CINE Golden Eagle. Murray worked with VT President Sandy Cannon-Brown and Writer/Producer Dan Gallagher to develop the 3:00 commentary on the coal industry’s hype about clean coal. Jake Aloe Dean of Aloe Design Studios, with contributions from Dick Cronin and Brad Lambert, created the cartoon animation. David McKeever produced the music to replicate “Honestly, Sincere,” from Bye, Bye Birdie.
